Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025: The Haryana Government, in its cabinet meeting today, took a major decision aimed at strengthening the social security and dignity of women. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, while addressing a press conference, announced that the State Government will launch the “Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana” from 25th September 2025. The date has been chosen to mark the birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Ji, making it a significant occasion for the formal inauguration of this ambitious scheme.
The Chief Minister stated that under this scheme, eligible women will receive a monthly financial assistance of ₹2,100. A key feature of the scheme is that it will cover both married as well as unmarried women.

Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana Beneficiaries in the First Phase
- Families with an annual income of less than ₹1 lakh will be included.
- It is estimated that around 19–20 lakh women will benefit in the first phase.
- In the coming phases, the scheme will be extended to women from other income groups as well.
Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana Eligibility Conditions
- Permanent Resident of Haryana: The applicant woman must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- Marital Status: The scheme is applicable to both married and unmarried women.
- Income Limit: Women belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category or those with a family income of up to ₹1 lakh are eligible.
- Age Limit: The applicant woman must be between 23 to 60 years of age.
- Family ID (PPP): The applicant’s name must be registered in the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP).
- Non-Income Tax Payer: Neither the applicant woman nor any member of her family should be an income tax payer.
- Exclusion from Other Schemes: Women already availing benefits from any other similar government financial assistance scheme will not be eligible under this scheme.
Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana Women Who Will Not Be Covered
- Women already receiving higher pension under any of the nine existing state schemes will not be eligible for this scheme.
- However, women suffering from the following conditions will receive additional benefits under this scheme:
- Stage 3 & 4 Cancer
- 54 listed rare diseases
- Haemophilia
- Thalassemia
- Sickle Cell Anaemia
How to Apply for Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025
- Within 6–7 days after the cabinet meeting, the government will issue the official Gazette Notification.
- A dedicated mobile application will be launched, through which women can apply online from home.
- The government will send an SMS notification to every potentially eligible woman, informing them about the application process.
- A list of eligible women will be published in all Panchayats and Wards.
- Gram Sabhas and Ward Sabhas will have the right to raise objections, if any, on the published list.
